Peter looked directly<n id="1" /> at him (as did John) and said, &#8220;Look at us!&#8221;

<t /><p class="bodytext">We put out to sea<n id="1" /> from Troas<n id="2" /> and sailed a straight course<n id="3" /> to Samothrace,<n id="4" /> the next day to Neapolis,<n id="5" />

and when he arrived<n id="1" /> at Caesarea,<n id="2" /> he went up and greeted<n id="3" /> the church at Jerusalem<n id="4" /> and then went down to Antioch.<n id="5" />

So Paul<n id="1" /> said, &#8220;Into what then were you baptized?&#8221; &#8220;Into John&#8217;s baptism,&#8221; they replied.<n id="2" />

When he met us in Assos,<n id="1" /> we took him aboard<n id="2" /> and went to Mitylene.<n id="3" />

Paul said in his defense,<n id="1" /> &#8220;I have committed no offense<n id="2" /> against the Jewish law<n id="3" /> or against the temple or against Caesar.&#8221;<n id="4" />

Then Barnabas departed for Tarsus to look for Saul,

so they passed through<n id="1" /> Mysia<n id="2" /> and went down to Troas.<n id="3" />

But we must<n id="1" /> run aground on some island.&#8221;p>

We put in<n id="1" /> at Syracuse<n id="2" /> and stayed there three days.

So<n id="1" /> they seized<n id="2" /> them and put them in jail<n id="3" /> until the next day (for it was already evening).

When the brothers found out about this, they brought him down to Caesarea<n id="1" /> and sent him away to Tarsus.p>

<t /><p class="bodytext">So Barnabas and Saul,<n id="1" /> sent out by the Holy Spirit, went down to Seleucia,<n id="2" /> and from there they sailed to Cyprus.<n id="3" />

There the centurion<n id="1" /> found<n id="2" /> a ship from Alexandria<n id="3" /> sailing for Italy, and he put us aboard it.

From there we cast off<n id="1" /> and arrived at Rhegium,<n id="2" /> and after one day a south wind sprang up<n id="3" /> and on the second day we came to Puteoli.<n id="4" />
