It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power;

For the kingdom of God is demonstrated not in idle talk but with power.

What do you want? Shall I come to you with a rod of discipline<n id="1" /> or with love and a spirit of gentleness?p>

Let each one remain in that situation in life<n id="1" /> in which he was called.

In whatever situation someone was called, brothers and sisters,<n id="1" /> let him remain in it with God.p>

and all were baptized<n id="1" /> into Moses in the cloud and in the sea,

to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,

For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.

<p class="bodytext">It is the same with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable, what is raised is imperishable.<n id="1" />

It is written in the law: &#8220;<i><b>By people with strange tongues and by the lips of strangersb> <b>I will speak to this peopleb>, <b>yet not even in this way will they listen to meb>i>,&#8221;<n id="1" /> says the Lord.

in a moment, in the blinking<n id="1" /> of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.

just as the testimony about Christ has been confirmed among you &#8211;

<p class="bodytext">Now, brothers and sisters,<n id="1" /> if I come to you speaking in tongues, how will I help you unless I speak to you with a revelation or with knowledge or prophecy or teaching?

Furthermore, those who have fallen asleep<n id="1" /> in Christ have also perished.
