<t /><p class="bodytext">The beginning of the gospel<n id="1" /> of Jesus Christ,<n id="2" /> the Son of God.<n id="3" />

In the same way the Lord commanded those who proclaim the gospel to receive their living by the gospel.

What then is my reward? That when I preach the gospel I may offer the gospel free of charge, and so not make full use of my rights in the gospel.p>

First the gospel must be preached to all nations.

<t /><p class="bodytext">From Paul,<n id="1" /> a slave<n id="2" /> of Christ Jesus,<n id="3" /> called to be an apostle,<n id="4" /> set apart for the gospel of God.<n id="5" />

<p class="bodytext">In regard to the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but in regard to election they are dearly loved for the sake of the fathers.

<p class="bodytext">I do all these things because of the gospel, so that I can be a participant in it.p>

by fitting your<n id="1" /> feet with the preparation that comes from the good news<n id="2" /> of peace,<n id="3" />

because of your participation<n id="1" /> in the gospel from the first day until now.<n id="2" />

The latter do so from love because they know that I am placed here for the defense of the gospel.

This<n id="1" /> accords with the glorious gospel of the blessed God<n id="2" /> that was entrusted to me.<n id="3" />p>

<p class="bodytext">Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, a descendant of David;<n id="1" /> such is my gospel,<n id="2" />

<p class="bodytext">Only conduct yourselves<n id="1" /> in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ so that &#8211; whether I come and see you or whether I remain absent &#8211; I should hear that<n id="2" /> you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind, by contending side by side for the faith of the gospel,<n id="3" />

He said to them, &#8220;Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

But not all have obeyed the good news, for Isaiah says, &#8220;<i><b>Lordb>, <b>who has believed our reportb>i>?&#8221;<n id="1" />

Now when I arrived in Troas<n id="1" /> to proclaim the gospel of Christ, even though the Lord had opened<n id="2" /> a door of opportunity<n id="3" /> for me,

But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing,

And we are sending<n id="1" /> along with him the brother who is praised by all the churches for his work in spreading the gospel.<n id="2" />

Or did I commit a sin by humbling myself<n id="1" /> so that you could be exalted, because I proclaimed<n id="2" /> the gospel of God to you free of charge?
