He<n id="1" /> went into all the region around the Jordan River,<n id="2" /> preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.<n id="3" />p>

So<n id="1" /> he continued to preach in the synagogues of Judea.<n id="2" />p>

and he sent<n id="1" /> them out to proclaim<n id="2" /> the kingdom of God<n id="3" /> and to heal the sick.<n id="4" />

and repentance<n id="1" /> for the forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed<n id="2" /> in his name to all nations,<n id="3" /> beginning from Jerusalem.<n id="4" />

So then<n id="1" /> whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered<n id="2" /> in private rooms<n id="3" /> will be proclaimed from the housetops.<n id="4" />p>
