<p class="bodytext">Now Enoch, the seventh in descent beginning with Adam,<n id="1" /> even prophesied of them,<n id="2" /> saying, &#8220;Look! The Lord is coming<n id="3" /> with thousands and thousands<n id="4" /> of his holy ones,

<t /><p class="bodytext">But you, dear friends &#8211; recall the predictions<n id="1" /> foretold by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ.<n id="2" />

maintain<n id="1" /> yourselves in the love of God, while anticipating<n id="2" /> the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that brings eternal life.<n id="3" />

<p class="bodytext">Now I desire to remind you (even though you have been fully informed of these facts<n id="1" /> once for all<n id="2" />) that Jesus,<n id="3" /> having saved the<n id="4" /> people out of the land of Egypt, later<n id="5" /> destroyed those who did not believe.

For certain men<n id="1" /> have secretly slipped in among you<n id="2" /> &#8211; men who long ago<n id="3" /> were marked out<n id="4" /> for the condemnation I am about to describe<n id="5" /> &#8211; ungodly men who have turned the grace of our God into a license for evil<n id="6" /> and who deny our only Master<n id="7" /> and Lord,<n id="8" /> Jesus Christ.p>

But even<n id="1" /> when Michael the archangel<n id="2" /> was arguing with the devil and debating with him<n id="3" /> concerning Moses&#8217; body, he did not dare to bring a slanderous judgment, but said, &#8220;May the Lord rebuke you!&#8221;

to the only God our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, power, and authority, before all time, and now, and for all eternity. Amen.p>
