<p class="bodytext">&#8220;But your eyes are blessed<n id="1" /> because they see, and your ears because they hear.

They said to him, &#8220;Lord, let our eyes be opened.&#8221;

So they asked him,<n id="1" /> &#8220;How then were you made to see?&#8221;<n id="2" />

And their eyes were opened. Then Jesus sternly warned them, &#8220;See that no one knows about this.&#8221;

He came again and found them sleeping; they could not keep their eyes open.<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">Then<n id="1" /> Jesus<n id="2" /> turned<n id="3" /> to his<n id="4" /> disciples and said privately, &#8220;Blessed<n id="5" /> are the eyes that see what you see!

At this point<n id="1" /> their eyes were opened and they recognized<n id="2" /> him.<n id="3" /> Then<n id="4" /> he vanished out of their sight.

When he came again he found them sleeping; they could not keep their eyes open.<n id="1" /> And they did not know what to tell him.

<p class="bodytext">Then<n id="1" /> he rolled up<n id="2" /> the scroll, gave it back to the attendant, and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fixed on<n id="3" /> him.

His<n id="1" /> head and hair were as white as wool, even as white as snow,<n id="2" /> and his eyes were like a fiery<n id="3" /> flame.

His eyes are like a fiery<n id="1" /> flame and there are many diadem crowns<n id="2" /> on his head. He has<n id="3" /> a name written<n id="4" /> that no one knows except himself.
