Not<n id="1" /> only this, but we also rejoice in sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance,

<p class="bodytext">Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its desires,

<p class="bodytext">Therefore God gave them over<n id="1" /> in the desires of their hearts to impurity, to dishonor<n id="2" /> their bodies among themselves.<n id="3" />

And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God<n id="1" /> has been poured out<n id="2" /> in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.p>

They<n id="1" /> show that the work of the law is written<n id="2" /> in their hearts, as their conscience bears witness and their conflicting thoughts accuse or else defend<n id="3" /> them,<n id="4" />

<p class="bodytext">Now I urge you, brothers and sisters,<n id="1" /> through our Lord Jesus Christ and through the love of the Spirit, to join fervently with me in prayer to God on my behalf.
