<t /><p class="bodytext">After this<n id="1" /> Jesus went away to the other side of the Sea of Galilee (also called the Sea of Tiberias).<n id="2" />

<t /><p class="bodytext">But he had<n id="1" /> to pass through Samaria.<n id="2" />

So<n id="1" /> they left the town and began coming<n id="2" /> to him.p>

I am the bread of life.<n id="1" />

<t /><p class="bodytext">Now a certain man named Lazarus was sick. He was from Bethany, the village where Mary and her sister Martha lived.<n id="1" />

<t /><p class="bodytext">After this<n id="1" /> Jesus revealed himself again to the disciples by the Sea of Tiberias.<n id="2" /> Now this is how he did so.<n id="3" />

<p class="bodytext">The one who comes from above is superior to all.<n id="1" /> The one who is from the earth belongs to the earth and speaks about earthly things.<n id="2" /> The one who comes from heaven<n id="3" /> is superior to all.<n id="4" />

They replied,<n id="1" /> &#8220;You aren&#8217;t from Galilee too, are you?<n id="2" /> Investigate carefully and you will see that no prophet<n id="3" /> comes from Galilee!&#8221;p>

(Now Philip was from Bethsaida,<n id="1" /> the town of<n id="2" /> Andrew and Peter.)

<t /><p class="bodytext">When they found him on the other side of the lake,<n id="1" /> they said to him, &#8220;Rabbi, when did you get here?&#8221;<n id="2" />

<t /><p class="bodytext">When the feast was half over, Jesus went up to the temple courts<n id="1" /> and began to teach.<n id="2" />

The one who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

Then<n id="1" /> they attempted<n id="2" /> again to seize him, but he escaped their clutches.<n id="3" />p>

So from that day they planned together to kill him.p>

And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people<n id="1" /> to myself.&#8221;

<t /><p class="bodytext">Now many Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the report of the woman who testified,<n id="1" /> &#8220;He told me everything I ever did.&#8221;

I have<n id="1" /> other sheep that do not come from<n id="2" /> this sheepfold.<n id="3" /> I must bring them too, and they will listen to my voice,<n id="4" /> so that<n id="5" /> there will be one flock and<n id="6" /> one shepherd.

What is born of the flesh is flesh,<n id="1" /> and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.

<p class="bodytext">A Samaritan woman<n id="1" /> came to draw water. Jesus said to her, &#8220;Give me some water<n id="2" /> to drink.&#8221;

Jesus did this as his second miraculous sign<n id="1" /> when he returned from Judea to Galilee.p>
