<p class="bodytext">When<n id="1" /> Aaron saw this,<n id="2" /> he built an altar before it,<n id="3" /> and Aaron made a proclamation<n id="4" /> and said, &#8220;Tomorrow will be a feast<n id="5" /> to the <sc>Lordsc>.&#8221;

and wrap the sashes around Aaron and his sons<n id="1" /> and put headbands on them, and so the ministry of priesthood will belong to them by a perpetual ordinance. Thus you are to consecrate<n id="2" /> Aaron and his sons.p>

<p class="bodytext">The <sc>Lordsc> said<n id="1" /> to Moses and Aaron,<n id="2" />

<p class="bodytext">Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and the seventy elders of Israel went up,<n id="1" />

You must make holy garments<n id="1" /> for your brother Aaron, for glory and for beauty.<n id="2" />

and Aaron and his sons must wash their hands and their feet from it.<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">They made tunics of fine linen &#8211; the work of a weaver, for Aaron and for his sons &#8211;

<t /><n id="1" /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;And you, bring near<n id="2" /> to you your brother Aaron and his sons with him from among the Israelites, so that they may minister as my priests<n id="3" /> &#8211; Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, Aaron&#8217;s sons.

Then Moses and Aaron went and brought together all the Israelite elders.<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">When they went out from Pharaoh, they encountered Moses and Aaron standing there to meet them,<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">So the <sc>Lordsc> said to Moses, &#8220;See, I have made you like God<n id="1" /> to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet.<n id="2" />

<p class="bodytext">And Moses and Aaron did so; they did just as the <sc>Lordsc> commanded them.

Now Moses was eighty years old and Aaron was eighty-three years old when they spoke to Pharaoh.p>

Each man<n id="1" /> threw down his staff, and the staffs became snakes. But Aaron&#8217;s staff swallowed up their staffs.

<p class="bodytext">Then Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said, &#8220;Go, sacrifice to your God within the land.&#8221;<n id="1" />

<n id="1" /><p class="bodytext">Then Pharaoh quickly<n id="2" /> summoned Moses and Aaron and said, &#8220;I have sinned<n id="3" /> against the <sc>Lordsc> your God and against you!

<t /><n id="1" /><p class="bodytext">The <sc>Lordsc> said<n id="2" /> to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt,<n id="3" />

and the Israelites went away and did exactly as the <sc>Lordsc> had commanded Moses and Aaron.<n id="1" />p>

The entire company<n id="1" /> of Israelites murmured against Moses and Aaron in the desert.

Just as the <sc>Lordsc> commanded Moses, so Aaron placed it before the Testimony<n id="1" /> for safekeeping.<n id="2" />p>
