<p class="poetry">I will remove you from<n id="1" /> your office;p> <p class="poetry">you will be thrown down<n id="2" /> from your position.p>

<p class="poetry">Your children hurry back,p> <p class="poetry">while those who destroyed and devastated you depart.p>

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;You must not bow down to their gods; you must not serve them or do according to their practices. Instead you must completely overthrow them and smash their standing stones<n id="1" /> to pieces.<n id="2" />

<p class="poetry">A king brings stability<n id="1" /> to a land<n id="2" /> by justice,p> <p class="poetry">but one who exacts tribute<n id="3" /> tears it down.p>

<p class="poetry">I will destroy the cities of your land,p> <p class="poetry">and tear down all your fortresses.p>

<p class="poetry">If<n id="1" /> he tears down, it cannot be rebuilt;p> <p class="poetry">if he imprisons a person, there is no escape.<n id="2" />p>

<p class="poetry">Is this the one who made the world like a desert,p> <p class="poetry">who ruined its<n id="1" /> cities,p> <p class="poetry">and refused to free his prisoners so they could return home?&#8221;&#8217;<n id="2" />p>

They will destroy the walls of Tyre and break down her towers. I will scrape her soil<n id="1" /> from her and make her a bare rock.

<p class="poetry">The grains of seed<n id="1" /> have shriveled beneath their shovels.<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">Storehouses have been decimatedp> <p class="poetry">and granaries have been torn down, for the grain has dried up.p>

Know for certain that<n id="1" /> I hereby give you the authority to announce to nations and kingdoms that they will be<n id="2" /> uprooted and torn down, destroyed and demolished, rebuilt and firmly planted.&#8221;<n id="3" />p>

I will look after their welfare<n id="1" /> and will restore them to this land. There I will build them up and will not tear them down. I will plant them firmly in the land<n id="2" /> and will not uproot them.<n id="3" />
