In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight,<n id="1" /> is a Passover offering to the <sc>Lordsc>.

&#8220;Tell the Israelites, &#8216;In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you must have a complete rest, a memorial announced by loud horn blasts,<n id="1" /> a holy assembly.

You must sound loud horn blasts<n id="1" /> &#8211; in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, on the Day of Atonement &#8211; you must sound the horn in your entire land.

Then on the fifteenth day of the same month<n id="1" /> will be the festival of unleavened bread to the <sc>Lordsc>; seven days you must eat unleavened bread.

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;This is to be a perpetual statute for you.<n id="1" /> In the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, you must humble yourselves<n id="2" /> and do no work of any kind,<n id="3" /> both the native citizen and the foreigner who resides<n id="4" /> in your midst,

&#8220;The<n id="1" /> tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement.<n id="2" /> It is to be a holy assembly for you, and you must humble yourselves<n id="3" /> and present a gift to the <sc>Lordsc>.

It is a Sabbath of complete rest for you, and you must humble yourselves on the ninth day of the month in the evening, from evening until evening you must observe your Sabbath.&#8221;<n id="1" />p>

&#8220;Tell the Israelites, &#8216;On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the Festival of Temporary Shelters<n id="1" /> for seven days to the <sc>Lordsc>.

You must celebrate it as a pilgrim festival to the <sc>Lordsc> for seven days in the year. This is a perpetual statute throughout your generations;<n id="1" /> you must celebrate it in the seventh month.

If the person is one month old up to five years old, the conversion value of the male is five shekels of silver,<n id="1" /> and for the female the conversion value is three shekels of silver.

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;On<n id="1" /> the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you gather in the produce of the land, you must celebrate a pilgrim festival of the <sc>Lordsc> for seven days. On the first day is a complete rest and on the eighth day is complete rest.
