Now be sure to make<n id="1" /> them according to the pattern you were shown<n id="2" /> on the mountain.<n id="3" />p>

But he added, &#8220;You cannot see my face, for no one can<n id="1" /> see me and live.&#8221;<n id="2" />

Then I will take away my hand, and you will see my back,<n id="1" /> but my face must not be seen.&#8221;<n id="2" />p>

<p class="bodytext">And Moses<n id="1" /> said, &#8220;Show me your glory.&#8221;<n id="2" />p>

<t /><n id="1" /><p class="bodytext">In those days,<n id="2" /> when<n id="3" /> Moses had grown up, he went out to his people<n id="4" /> and observed<n id="5" /> their hard labor, and he saw an Egyptian man attacking<n id="6" /> a Hebrew man, one of his own people.<n id="7" />

The angel of the <sc>Lordsc><n id="1" /> appeared<n id="2" /> to him in<n id="3" /> a flame of fire from within a bush.<n id="4" /> He looked<n id="5" /> &#8211; and<n id="6" /> the bush was ablaze with fire, but it was not being consumed!<n id="7" />

When the <sc>Lordsc><n id="1" /> saw that<n id="2" /> he had turned aside to look, God called to him from within the bush and said, &#8220;Moses, Moses!&#8221;<n id="3" /> And Moses<n id="4" /> said, &#8220;Here I am.&#8221;

<p class="bodytext">The <sc>Lordsc> said, &#8220;I have surely seen<n id="1" /> the affliction of my people who are in Egypt. I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.<n id="2" />

Pharaoh said to him, &#8220;Go from me!<n id="1" /> Watch out for yourself! Do not appear before me again,<n id="2" /> for when<n id="3" /> you see my face you will die!&#8221;

Bread made without yeast must be eaten<n id="1" /> for seven days;<n id="2" /> no bread made with yeast shall be seen<n id="3" /> among you, and you must have no yeast among you within any of your borders.p>

<p class="bodytext">All the people were seeing<n id="1" /> the thundering and the lightning, and heard<n id="2" /> the sound of the horn, and saw<n id="3" /> the mountain smoking &#8211; and when<n id="4" /> the people saw it they trembled with fear<n id="5" /> and kept their distance.<n id="6" />

God saw<n id="1" /> the Israelites, and God understood&#8230;.<n id="2" />p>

You are to set up the tabernacle according to the plan<n id="1" /> that you were shown on the mountain.p>

<p class="bodytext">Moses said to the people, &#8220;Do not fear!<n id="1" /> Stand firm<n id="2" /> and see<n id="3" /> the salvation<n id="4" /> of the <sc>Lordsc> that he will provide<n id="5" /> for you today; for the Egyptians that you see today you will never, ever see again.<n id="6" />

The woman became pregnant<n id="1" /> and gave birth to a son. When<n id="2" /> she saw that<n id="3" /> he was a healthy<n id="4" /> child, she hid him for three months.

He looked this way and that<n id="1" /> and saw that no one was there,<n id="2" /> and then he attacked<n id="3" /> the Egyptian and concealed the body<n id="4" /> in the sand.

<p class="bodytext">So the <sc>Lordsc> said to Moses, &#8220;See, I have made you like God<n id="1" /> to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet.<n id="2" />

Moses said, &#8220;As you wish!<n id="1" /> I will not see your face again.&#8221;<n id="2" />p>

At<n id="1" /> three times in the year all your males will appear before the Lord <sc>Godsc>.<n id="2" />p>

and they saw<n id="1" /> the God of Israel. Under his feet<n id="2" /> there was something like a pavement<n id="3" /> made of sapphire, clear like the sky itself.<n id="4" />
