<p class="poetry">Certainly<n id="1" /> spending just one day in your temple courts is betterp> <p class="poetry">than spending a thousand elsewhere.<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">I would rather stand at the entrance<n id="3" /> to the temple of my Godp> <p class="poetry">than live<n id="4" /> in the tents of the wicked.p>

<p class="poetry">Indeed,<n id="1" /> the scepter of a wicked king<n id="2" /> will not settle<n id="3" />p> <p class="poetry">upon the allotted land of the godly.p> <p class="poetry">Otherwise the godly mightp> <p class="poetry">do what is wrong.<n id="4" />p>

<p class="poetry">Do not let me have evil desires,<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">or participate in sinful activitiesp> <p class="poetry">with men who behave wickedly.<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">I will not eat their delicacies.<n id="3" />p>
