&#8220;Tell the Israelites, &#8216;On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the Festival of Temporary Shelters<n id="1" /> for seven days to the <sc>Lordsc>.

You must celebrate it as a pilgrim festival to the <sc>Lordsc> for seven days in the year. This is a perpetual statute throughout your generations;<n id="1" /> you must celebrate it in the seventh month.

Then you are to celebrate the Festival of Weeks<n id="1" /> before the <sc>Lordsc> your God with the voluntary offering<n id="2" /> that you will bring, in proportion to how he<n id="3" /> has blessed you.

A huge crowd assembled in Jerusalem to observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread in the second month.<n id="1" />

So the Israelites who were present observed the Passover at that time, as well as the Feast of Unleavened Bread for seven days.

They observed the Festival of Temporary Shelters<n id="1" /> as required<n id="2" /> and offered the proper number of<n id="3" /> daily burnt offerings according to the requirement for each day.
