<p class="bodytext">So Abram moved his tents and went to live<n id="1" /> by the oaks<n id="2" /> of Mamre in Hebron, and he built an altar to the <sc>Lordsc> there.p>

<p class="bodytext">When Abraham&#8217;s servant heard their words, he bowed down to the ground before the <sc>Lordsc>.

<p class="bodytext">Noah built an altar to the <sc>Lordsc>. He then took some of every kind of clean animal and clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar.<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">Then he moved from there to the hill country east of Bethel<n id="1" /> and pitched his tent, with Bethel on the west and Ai on the east. There he built an altar to the <sc>Lordsc> and worshiped the <sc>Lordsc>.<n id="2" />

Then I bowed down and worshiped the <sc>Lordsc>. I praised the <sc>Lordsc>, the God of my master Abraham, who had led me on the right path to find the granddaughter<n id="1" /> of my master&#8217;s brother for his son.
