<p class="poetry">See if there is any idolatrous tendency<n id="1" /> in me,p> <p class="poetry">and lead me in the reliable ancient path!<n id="2" />p>

<p class="poetry">Do not turn me over to my enemies,<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">for false witnesses who want to destroy me testify against me.<n id="2" />p>

<p class="poetry">By this<n id="1" /> I know that you are pleased with me,p> <p class="poetry">for my enemy does<n id="2" /> not triumph<n id="3" /> over me.p>

<p class="poetry">I will not even consider doing what is dishonest.<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">I hate doing evil;<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">I will have no part of it.<n id="3" />p>

<p class="poetry">Moreover, keep me from committing flagrant<n id="1" /> sins;p> <p class="poetry">do not allow such sins to control me.<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">Then I will be blameless,p> <p class="poetry">and innocent of blatant<n id="3" /> rebellion.p>
