<p class="bodytext">Those who want to make a good showing in external matters<n id="1" /> are trying to force you to be circumcised. They do so<n id="2" /> only to avoid being persecuted<n id="3" /> for the cross of Christ.

To me &#8211; less than the least of all the saints<n id="1" /> &#8211; this grace was given,<n id="2" /> to proclaim to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ

And Jesus who is called Justus also sends greetings. In terms of Jewish converts,<n id="1" /> these are the only fellow workers for the kingdom of God, and they have been a comfort to me.

<p class="bodytext">I put this charge<n id="1" /> before you, Timothy my child, in keeping with the prophecies once spoken about you,<n id="2" /> in order that with such encouragement<n id="3" /> you may fight the good fight.

And the commandment we have from him is this: that<n id="1" /> the one who loves God should love his fellow Christian<n id="2" /> too.

For<n id="1" /> this is the love of God:<n id="2" /> that we keep his commandments.<n id="3" /> And his commandments do not weigh us down,

<p class="bodytext">And this is the confidence that we have before him: that<n id="1" /> whenever<n id="2" /> we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

For<n id="1" /> many deceivers have gone out into the world, people who do not confess Jesus as<n id="2" /> Christ<n id="3" /> coming in the flesh.<n id="4" /> This person is the deceiver and the antichrist!<n id="5" />

If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house and do not give him any greeting,<n id="1" />

But these men do not understand the things they slander, and they are being destroyed by the very things that, like irrational animals, they instinctively comprehend.<n id="1" />

These people are grumblers and<n id="1" /> fault-finders who go<n id="2" /> wherever their desires lead them,<n id="3" /> and they give bombastic speeches,<n id="4" /> enchanting folks<n id="5" /> for their own gain.<n id="6" />p>
