Then they will know that I, the <sc>Lordsc> their God, am with them,<n id="1" /> and that they are my people, the house of Israel, declares the sovereign <sc>Lordsc>.<n id="2" />

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;This is what the sovereign <sc>Lordsc> says: I will allow the house of Israel to ask me to do this for them:<n id="1" /> I will multiply their people like sheep.<n id="2" />

When I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them from the countries of their enemies, I will magnify myself among them in the sight of many nations.

Then they will know that I am the <sc>Lordsc> their God, because I sent them into exile among the nations, and then gathered them into their own land. I will not leave any of them in exile<n id="1" /> any longer.
