<p class="bodytext">I testify to the one who hears the words of the prophecy contained in this book: If anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described<n id="1" /> in this book.

Immediately I was in the Spirit,<n id="1" /> and<n id="2" /> a throne was standing<n id="3" /> in heaven with someone seated on it!

<p class="poetry">You have appointed<n id="1" /> them<n id="2" /> as a kingdom and priests<n id="3" /> to serve<n id="4" /> our God, and they will reign<n id="5" /> on the earth.&#8221;p>

<i>They will never go hungry or be thirsty again, and the sun will not beat down on them, nor any burning heati>,<n id="1" />

Then<n id="1" /> they<n id="2" /> told me: &#8220;You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations,<n id="3" /> languages, and kings.&#8221;p>

<p class="poetry">The<n id="1" /> blood of the saints and prophets was found in her,<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">along with the blood<n id="3" /> of all those who had been killed on the earth.&#8221;p>

The<n id="1" /> armies that are in heaven, dressed in white, clean, fine linen,<n id="2" /> were following him on white horses.

<p class="bodytext">Then<n id="1" /> I heard every creature &#8211; in heaven, on earth, under the earth, in the sea, and all that is in them &#8211; singing:<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">&#8220;To the one seated on the throne and to the Lambp> <p class="poetry">be praise, honor, glory, and ruling power<n id="3" /> forever and ever!&#8221;p>

<t /><p class="bodytext">Then<n id="1" /> I saw a beast coming up out of the sea. It<n id="2" /> had ten horns and seven heads, and on its horns were ten diadem crowns,<n id="3" /> and on its heads a blasphemous name.<n id="4" />

<p class="bodytext">Then<n id="1" /> I saw thrones and seated on them were those who had been given authority to judge.<n id="2" /> I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of the testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. These<n id="3" /> had not worshiped the beast or his image and had refused to receive his mark on their forehead or hand. They<n id="4" /> came to life<n id="5" /> and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

And to the one who conquers<n id="1" /> and who continues in<n id="2" /> my deeds until the end, I will give him authority over the nations<n id="3" /> &#8211;p>

<p class="bodytext">And whenever the living creatures give glory, honor,<n id="1" /> and thanks to the one who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever,

But<n id="1" /> no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or look into it.

&#8220;Do not damage the earth or the sea or the trees until we have put a seal on the foreheads of the servants<n id="1" /> of our God.&#8221;

They were shouting out in a loud voice,p> <p class="poetry">&#8220;Salvation belongs to our God,<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">to the one seated on the throne, and to the Lamb!&#8221;p>

They have as king over them the angel of the abyss, whose name in Hebrew is <i>Abaddoni>, and in Greek, <i>Apollyoni>.<n id="1" />p>

saying to the sixth angel, the one holding<n id="1" /> the trumpet, &#8220;Set free<n id="2" /> the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates!&#8221;

Their<n id="1" /> corpses will lie in the street<n id="2" /> of the great city that is symbolically<n id="3" /> called Sodom and Egypt, where their Lord was also crucified.

The beast<n id="1" /> was permitted to go to war against the saints and conquer them.<n id="2" /> He was given ruling authority<n id="3" /> over every tribe, people,<n id="4" /> language, and nation,

<p class="bodytext">Then<n id="1" /> the fourth angel<n id="2" /> poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was permitted to scorch people<n id="3" /> with fire.
