The first man is from the earth, made of dust; the second man is from heaven.

For in this earthly house<n id="1" /> we groan, because we desire to put on<n id="2" /> our heavenly dwelling,

from<n id="1" /> whom every family<n id="2" /> in heaven and on the earth is named.

that is,<n id="1" /> into<n id="2" /> an inheritance imperishable, undefiled, and unfading. It is reserved in heaven for you,

But<n id="1" /> the dragon was not strong enough to prevail,<n id="2" /> so there was no longer any place left<n id="3" /> in heaven for him and his angels.<n id="4" />

and in the morning, &#8216;It will be stormy today, because the sky is red and darkening.&#8217;<n id="1" /> You know how to judge correctly the appearance of the sky,<n id="2" /> but you cannot evaluate the signs of the times.

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;See that you do not disdain one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;I tell you the truth,<n id="1" /> whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

Where did John&#8217;s baptism come from? From heaven or from people?&#8221;<n id="1" /> They discussed this among themselves, saying, &#8220;If we say, &#8216;From heaven,&#8217; he will say, &#8216;Then why did you not believe him?&#8217;

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;Immediately<n id="1" /> after the suffering<n id="2" /> of those days, <i>the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of heaven will be shakeni>.<n id="3" />

<p class="bodytext">Then Jesus told them, &#8220;I tell you the solemn truth,<n id="1" /> it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but my Father is giving you the true bread from heaven.

Then<n id="1" /> they<n id="2" /> heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them: &#8220;Come up here!&#8221; So the two prophets<n id="3" /> went up to heaven in a cloud while<n id="4" /> their enemies stared at them.

<p class="bodytext">From that time Jesus began to preach this message:<n id="1" /> &#8220;Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near.&#8221;p>

But I say to you, do not take oaths at all &#8211; not by heaven, because it is the throne of God,

So pray this way:<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">Our Father<n id="2" /> in heaven, may your name be honored,<n id="3" />p>

<p class="poetry">may your kingdom come,<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.p>

<t /><p class="bodytext">Now when the Pharisees<n id="1" /> and Sadducees<n id="2" /> came to test Jesus,<n id="3" /> they asked him to show them a sign from heaven.<n id="4" />

He<n id="1" /> said, &#8220;When evening comes you say, &#8216;It will be fair weather, because the sky is red,&#8217;

In the same way, your Father in heaven is not willing that one of these little ones be lost.p>
