Clothe yourselves with the full armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the schemes<n id="1" /> of the devil.

For &#8220;physical exercise<n id="1" /> has some value, but godliness is valuable in every way. It holds promise for the present life and for the life to come.&#8221;
