How much greater punishment do you think that person deserves who has contempt for<n id="1" /> the Son of God, and profanes<n id="2" /> the blood of the covenant that made him holy,<n id="3" /> and insults the Spirit of grace?

keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy set out for him he endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and <i>has taken his seat at the right hand of the thronei> of God.<n id="1" />

<t /><p class="bodytext">Therefore, holy brothers and sisters,<n id="1" /> partners in a heavenly calling, take note of Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess,<n id="2" />

For we have become partners with Christ, if in fact we hold our initial confidence<n id="1" /> firm until the end.

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, sure and steadfast, which reaches inside behind the curtain,<n id="1" />

And both the tabernacle and all the utensils of worship he likewise sprinkled with blood.

Thus we must make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one may fall by following the same pattern of disobedience.
