Every one of you must give as you are able,<n id="1" /> according to the blessing of the <sc>Lordsc> your God that he has given you.p>

All these blessings will come to you in abundance<n id="1" /> if you obey the <sc>Lordsc> your God:

<t /><p class="bodytext">This is the blessing Moses the man of God pronounced upon the Israelites before his death.

<t /><p class="poetry">Of Naphtali he said:p> <p class="poetry">O Naphtali, overflowing with favor,p> <p class="poetry">and full of the <sc>Lordsc>&#8217;s blessing,p> <p class="poetry">possess the west and south.p>

Now let this present<n id="1" /> that your servant has brought to my lord be given to the servants who follow<n id="2" /> my lord.

<p class="poetry">For you bring him<n id="1" /> rich<n id="2" /> blessings;<n id="3" />p> <p class="poetry">you place a golden crown on his head.p>

<p class="poetry">For you grant him lasting blessings;p> <p class="poetry">you give him great joy by allowing him into your presence.<n id="1" />p>

<p class="poetry">As they pass through the Baca Valley,<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">he provides a spring for them.<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">The rain<n id="3" /> even covers it with pools of water.<n id="4" />p>

At that time Israel will be the third member of the group, along with Egypt and Assyria, and will be a recipient of blessing<n id="1" /> in the earth.<n id="2" />

<p class="poetry">Who knows?p> <p class="poetry">Perhaps he will be compassionate and grant a reprieve,<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">and leave blessing in his wake<n id="2" /> &#8211;p> <p class="poetry">a meal offering and a drink offering for you to offer to the <sc>Lordsc> your God!<n id="3" />p>

Please take my present<n id="1" /> that was brought to you, for God has been generous<n id="2" /> to me and I have all I need.&#8221;<n id="3" /> When Jacob urged him, he took it.<n id="4" />p>

the blessing if you take to heart<n id="1" /> the commandments of the <sc>Lordsc> your God that I am giving you today,

The <sc>Lordsc> will decree blessing for you with respect to your barns and in everything you do &#8211; yes, he will bless you in the land he<n id="1" /> is giving you.
