Moses and Aaron then entered into the Meeting Tent. When they came out, they blessed the people, and the glory of the <sc>Lordsc> appeared to all the people.

but you must not go out from the entrance of the Meeting Tent lest you die, for the Lord&#8217;s anointing oil is on you.&#8221; So they acted according to the word of Moses.p>

&#8220;Do not drink wine or strong drink, you and your sons with you, when you enter into the Meeting Tent, so that you do not die, which is a perpetual statute throughout your generations,<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;On the eighth day he must bring them for his purification to the priest at the entrance<n id="1" /> of the Meeting Tent before the <sc>Lordsc>,

Then on the eighth day she must take for herself two turtledoves or two young pigeons<n id="1" /> and she must bring them to the priest at the entrance of the Meeting Tent,

So<n id="1" /> he is to make atonement for the holy place from the impurities of the Israelites and from their transgressions with regard to all their sins,<n id="2" /> and thus he is to do for the Meeting Tent which resides with them in the midst of their impurities.

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;When he has finished purifying the holy place,<n id="1" /> the Meeting Tent, and the altar, he is to present the live goat.

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;Aaron must then enter<n id="1" /> the Meeting Tent and take off the linen garments which he had put on when he entered the sanctuary, and leave them there.

and he is to purify<n id="1" /> the Most Holy Place,<n id="2" /> he is to purify the Meeting Tent and the altar,<n id="3" /> and he is to make atonement for<n id="4" /> the priests and for all the people of the assembly.

The priest is to splash<n id="1" /> the blood on the altar<n id="2" /> of the <sc>Lordsc> at the entrance of the Meeting Tent, and offer the fat up in smoke for a soothing aroma to the <sc>Lordsc>.

but does not bring it to the entrance of the Meeting Tent to offer it<n id="1" /> to the <sc>Lordsc> &#8211; that person will be cut off from his people.<n id="2" />p>

Outside the veil-canopy<n id="1" /> of the congregation in the Meeting Tent Aaron<n id="2" /> must arrange it from evening until morning before the <sc>Lordsc> continually. This is a perpetual statute throughout your generations.<n id="3" />

Then the one presenting the offering<n id="1" /> must slaughter the bull<n id="2" /> before the <sc>Lord,sc> and the sons of Aaron, the priests, must present the blood and splash<n id="3" /> the blood against the sides of the altar which is at the entrance of the Meeting Tent.

He must lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it before the Meeting Tent, and the sons of Aaron must splash<n id="1" /> its blood against the altar&#8217;s sides.

He must bring the bull to the entrance of the Meeting Tent before the <sc>Lordsc>, lay his hand on the head of the bull, and slaughter the bull before the <sc>Lordsc>.

Then Moses said to Aaron and his sons, &#8220;Boil the meat at the entrance of the Meeting Tent, and there you are to eat it and the bread which is in the ordination offering basket, just as I have commanded,<n id="1" /> saying, &#8216;Aaron and his sons are to eat it,&#8217;

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;When<n id="1" /> the days of her purification are completed for a son or for a daughter, she must bring a one year old lamb<n id="2" /> for a burnt offering<n id="3" /> and a young pigeon or turtledove for a sin offering<n id="4" /> to the entrance of the Meeting Tent, to the priest.

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;The one being cleansed<n id="1" /> must then wash his clothes, shave off all his hair, and bathe in water, and so be clean.<n id="2" /> Then afterward he may enter the camp, but he must live outside his tent seven days.

Then on the eighth day he is to take for himself two turtledoves or two young pigeons,<n id="1" /> and he is to present himself<n id="2" /> before the <sc>Lordsc> at the entrance of the Meeting Tent and give them to the priest,

Nobody is to be in the Meeting Tent<n id="1" /> when he enters to make atonement in the holy place until he goes out, and he has made atonement on his behalf, on behalf of his household, and on behalf of the whole assembly of Israel.p>
