<p class="poetry">Look<n id="1" /> at its strength in its loins,p> <p class="poetry">and its power in the muscles of its belly.p>

<p class="poetry">Do not reject me in my old age!<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">When my strength fails, do not abandon me!p>

<p class="poetry">He has taken away my strength in the middle of life;<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">he has cut short my days.p>

<p class="poetry">He announced that he would do mighty deeds for his people,p> <p class="poetry">giving them a land that belonged to other nations.<n id="1" />p>

<p class="poetry">Our Lord is great and has awesome power;<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">there is no limit to his wisdom.<n id="2" />p>

<p class="poetry">lest strangers devour<n id="1" /> your strength,<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">and your labor<n id="3" /> benefit<n id="4" /> another man&#8217;s house.p>

<p class="poetry">Where there are no oxen, the feeding trough is clean,p> <p class="poetry">but an abundant harvest is produced by strong oxen.<n id="1" />p>

<p class="poetry">A wise warrior<n id="1" /> is strong,<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">and a man of knowledge makes his strength stronger;p>

<p class="poetry">He gives strength to those who are tired;p> <p class="poetry">to the ones who lack power, he gives renewed energy.p>

<p class="poetry">They sweep by like the wind and pass on.<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">But the one who considers himself a god will be held guilty.&#8221;<n id="2" />p>

<p class="poetry">Reuben, you are my firstborn,p> <p class="poetry">my might and the beginning of my strength,p> <p class="poetry">outstanding in dignity, outstanding in power.p>

Be careful<n id="1" /> not to say, &#8220;My own ability and skill<n id="2" /> have gotten me this wealth.&#8221;

They are your people, your valued property,<n id="1" /> whom you brought out with great strength and power.<n id="2" />p>
