a sin offering and the other a burnt offering along with the grain offering. ¹  So the priest is to make atonement for the one being cleansed before the Lord.

If there is something on the bed or on the furniture she sits on, ¹  when he touches it ²  he will be unclean until evening,

He must then put the incense on the fire before the Lord, and the cloud of incense will cover the atonement plate which is above the ark of the testimony, ¹  so that he will not die. ² 

for the life of every living thing ¹  is in the blood. ²  So I myself have assigned it to you ³  on the altar to make atonement for your lives, for the blood makes atonement by means of the life. ⁴ 

and the priest is to wave them – the two lambs ¹  – along with the bread of the first fruits, as a wave offering before the Lord; they will be holy to the Lord for the priest.

they ¹  set those on the breasts and he offered the fat parts up in smoke on the altar.

The priest will then pour some of the olive oil into his own left hand, ¹ 

“‘You must not eat anything with the blood still in it. ¹  You must not practice either divination or soothsaying. ² 

So they placed him in custody until they were able ¹  to make a clear legal decision for themselves based on words from the mouth of the Lord. ² 

If, however, the person who made the vow redeems the animal, ¹  he must add one fifth to ²  its conversion value.

You must not eat anything that crawls ¹  on its belly or anything that walks on all fours or on any number of legs ²  of all the swarming things that swarm on the land, because they are detestable.

The priest will then put some of the rest of the olive oil that is in his hand ¹  on the right earlobe of the one being cleansed, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot, on the blood of the guilt offering,

Then Moses took some of the anointing oil and some of the blood which was on the altar and sprinkled it on Aaron and his garments, and on his sons and his sons’ garments with him. So he consecrated Aaron, his garments, and his sons and his sons’ garments with him.

He must lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted for him to make atonement ¹  on his behalf.

If your offering is a grain offering made on the griddle, it must be choice wheat flour mixed with olive oil, unleavened.

Then the priest must offer its memorial portion up in smoke – some of its crushed bits, some of its olive oil, in addition to all of its frankincense – it is ¹  a gift to the Lord.

– just as it is taken from the ox of the peace offering sacrifice ¹  – and the priest must offer them up in smoke on the altar of burnt offering.

But the hide of the bull, all its flesh along with its head and its legs, its entrails, and its dung –
