any kind of land animal, any bird that flies in the sky,

ג (Gimel) Be kind to your servant! Then I will live ¹  and keep ²  your instructions. ³ 

By his sovereign plan he gave us birth ¹  through the message of truth, that we would be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.

“‘If what is vowed is a kind of animal from which an offering may be presented ¹  to the Lord, anything which he gives to the Lord from this kind of animal ²  will be holy.

“‘Now this is what is unclean to you among the swarming things that swarm on the land: ¹  the rat, the mouse, the large lizard of any kind,

(Now Jesus ¹  said this to indicate clearly by what kind of death Peter ²  was going to glorify God.) ³  After he said this, Jesus told Peter, ⁴  “Follow me.”

(This happened ¹  to fulfill the word Jesus had spoken when he indicated ²  what kind of death he was going to die. ³ )

Because they are callous, they have given themselves over to indecency for the practice of every kind of impurity with greediness. ¹ 

nard and saffron; calamus and cinnamon with every kind of spice, myrrh and aloes with all the finest spices. ¹ 

For you were made rich ¹  in every way in him, in all your speech and in every kind of knowledge ²  –

to be self-controlled, ¹  pure, fulfilling their duties at home, ²  kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the message ³  of God may not be discredited. ⁴ 

The Lord is both kind and fair; ¹  that is why he teaches sinners the right way to live. ² 

They are filled ¹  with every kind of unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, malice. They are rife with ²  envy, murder, strife, deceit, hostility. They are gossips,

And the Lord’s slave ¹  must not engage in heated disputes ²  but be kind toward all, an apt teacher, patient,

God created the great sea creatures ¹  and every living and moving thing with which the water swarmed, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. God saw that it was good.

Certainly ¹  O Lord, you are kind ²  and forgiving, and show great faithfulness to all who cry out to you.

“This is what the sovereign Lord says: A disaster ¹  – a one-of-a-kind ²  disaster – is coming!

And I pray this, that your love may abound even more and more in knowledge and every kind of insight

You must bring into the ark two of every kind of living creature from all flesh, ¹  male and female, to keep them alive ²  with you.
