When<n id="1" /> they measured with an omer, the one who gathered much had nothing left over, and the one who gathered little lacked nothing; each one had gathered what he could eat.p>

then his master must bring him to the judges,<n id="1" /> and he will bring him to the door or the doorposts, and his master will pierce his ear with an awl, and he shall serve him forever.<n id="2" />p>

<t /><p class="bodytext">All the skilled among those who were doing the work made the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twisted linen and blue and purple and scarlet; they were made with cherubim that were the work of an artistic designer.

He also put the altar for the burnt offering by the entrance to the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, and offered on it the burnt offering and the meal offering, just as the <sc>Lordsc> had commanded Moses.p>

He said<n id="1" /> to his people, &#8220;Look at<n id="2" /> the Israelite people, more numerous and stronger than we are!

I also established my covenant with them<n id="1" /> to give them the land of Canaan, where they were living as resident foreigners.<n id="2" />

If he takes another wife,<n id="1" /> he must not diminish the first one&#8217;s food,<n id="2" /> her clothing, or her marital rights.<n id="3" />

If he does not provide her with these three things, then she will go out free, without paying money.<n id="1" />p>

Their buds and their branches will be one piece,<n id="1" /> all of it one hammered piece of pure gold.p>

Five curtains are to be joined,<n id="1" /> one to another,<n id="2" /> and the other<n id="3" /> five curtains are to be joined, one to another.
