<p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;If he cannot afford an animal from the flock,<n id="1" /> he must bring his penalty for guilt for his sin that he has committed,<n id="2" /> two turtledoves or two young pigeons,<n id="3" /> to the <sc>Lordsc>, one for a sin offering and one for a burnt offering.

&#8220;When a person commits a trespass<n id="1" /> and sins by straying unintentionally<n id="2" /> from the regulations about the Lord&#8217;s holy things,<n id="3" /> then he must bring his penalty for guilt<n id="4" /> to the <sc>Lordsc>, a flawless ram from the flock, convertible into silver shekels according to the standard of the sanctuary shekel,<n id="5" /> for a guilt offering.<n id="6" />

and the priest<n id="1" /> must take up with his hand some of the choice wheat flour of the grain offering<n id="2" /> and some of its olive oil, and all of the frankincense that is on the grain offering, and he must offer its memorial portion<n id="3" /> up in smoke on the altar<n id="4" /> as a soothing aroma to the <sc>Lordsc>.<n id="5" />

&#8220;This is the offering of Aaron and his sons which they must present to the <sc>Lordsc> on the day when he is anointed: a tenth of an ephah<n id="1" /> of choice wheat flour<n id="2" /> as a continual grain offering, half of it in the morning and half of it in the evening.

When a person touches anything unclean (whether human uncleanness, or an unclean animal, or an unclean detestable creature)<n id="1" /> and eats some of the meat of the peace offering sacrifice which belongs to the <sc>Lordsc>, that person will be cut off from his people.&#8217;&#8221;<n id="2" />p>

but the entrails and the legs he washed with water,<n id="1" /> and Moses offered the whole ram up in smoke on the altar &#8211; it was a burnt offering for a soothing aroma, a gift to the <sc>Lordsc>, just as the <sc>Lordsc> had commanded Moses.<n id="2" />p>

but has not brought it to the entrance of the Meeting Tent<n id="1" /> to present it as<n id="2" /> an offering to the <sc>Lordsc> before the tabernacle of the <sc>Lordsc>. He has shed blood, so that man will be cut off from the midst of his people.<n id="3" />

Say to them, &#8216;Throughout your generations,<n id="1" /> if any man from all your descendants approaches the holy offerings which the Israelites consecrate<n id="2" /> to the <sc>Lordsc> while he is impure,<n id="3" /> that person must be cut off from before me.<n id="4" /> I am the <sc>Lordsc>.

&#8220;Speak to Aaron, his sons, and all the Israelites and tell them, &#8216;When any man<n id="1" /> from the house of Israel or from the foreigners in Israel<n id="2" /> presents his offering for any of the votive or freewill offerings which they present to the <sc>Lordsc> as a burnt offering,

If a man presents a peace offering sacrifice to the <sc>Lordsc> for a special votive offering<n id="1" /> or for a freewill offering from the herd or the flock, it must be flawless to be acceptable;<n id="2" /> it must have no flaw.<n id="3" />p>

&#8220;When an ox, lamb, or goat is born, it must be under the care of<n id="1" /> its mother seven days, but from the eighth day onward it will be acceptable as an offering gift<n id="2" /> to the <sc>Lordsc>.

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;Six days work may be done, but on the seventh day there must be a Sabbath of complete rest,<n id="1" /> a holy assembly. You must not do any work; it is a Sabbath to the <sc>Lordsc> in all the places where you live.p>

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;If a man consecrates his house as holy to the <sc>Lordsc>, the priest will establish its conversion value, whether good or bad. Just as the priest establishes its conversion value, thus it will stand.<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;All the days of the vow<n id="1" /> of his separation no razor may be used on his head<n id="2" /> until the time<n id="3" /> is fulfilled for which he separated himself to the <sc>Lordsc>. He will be holy,<n id="4" /> and he must let<n id="5" /> the locks of hair on his head grow long.p>

and he must present his offering<n id="1" /> to the <sc>Lordsc>: one male lamb in its first year without blemish for a burnt offering, one ewe lamb in its first year without blemish for a purification offering, one ram without blemish for a peace offering,<n id="2" />

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;This is the law<n id="1" /> of the Nazirite who vows to the <sc>Lordsc> his offering according to his separation, as well as whatever else he can provide.<n id="2" /> Thus he must fulfill<n id="3" /> his vow that he makes, according to the law of his separation.&#8221;p>

&#8220;Tell the Israelites, &#8216;If any<n id="1" /> of you or of your posterity become ceremonially defiled by touching a dead body, or are on a journey far away, then he may<n id="2" /> observe the Passover to the <sc>Lordsc>.

If a resident foreigner lives<n id="1" /> among you and wants to keep<n id="2" /> the Passover to the <sc>Lordsc>, he must do so according to the statute of the Passover, and according to its custom. You must have<n id="3" /> the same<n id="4" /> statute for the resident foreigner<n id="5" /> and for the one who was born in the land.&#8217;&#8221;p>

then if anything is done unintentionally<n id="1" /> without the knowledge of<n id="2" /> the community, the whole community must prepare one young bull for a burnt offering &#8211; for a pleasing aroma to the <sc>Lordsc> &#8211; along with its grain offering and its customary drink offering, and one male goat for a purification offering.

And the priest is to make atonement<n id="1" /> for the whole community of the Israelites, and they will be forgiven,<n id="2" /> because it was unintentional and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to the <sc>Lordsc>, and their purification offering before the <sc>Lordsc>, for their unintentional offense.
