Philip went and told Andrew, and they both<n id="1" /> went and told Jesus.

&#8220;Go and stand in the temple courts<n id="1" /> and proclaim<n id="2" /> to the people all the words of this life.&#8221;

Then the Spirit said to Philip, &#8220;Go over and join this chariot.&#8221;

that this promise<n id="1" /> God has fulfilled to us, their children, by raising<n id="2" /> Jesus, as also it is written in the second psalm, &#8216;<b><i>You are my Son;i>b><n id="3" /> <b><i>today I have fathered youi>b>.&#8217;<n id="4" />

For it seemed best to the Holy Spirit and to us<n id="1" /> not to place any greater burden on you than these necessary rules:<n id="2" />

But the centurion<n id="1" /> was more convinced<n id="2" /> by the captain<n id="3" /> and the ship&#8217;s owner than by what Paul said.<n id="4" />

When we entered Rome, Paul was allowed to live<n id="1" /> by himself, with the soldier who was guarding him.p>

For a person is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision something that is outward in the flesh,

For the one who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by people.<n id="1" />p>

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!

As<n id="1" /> the boy<n id="2" /> was approaching, the demon threw him to the ground<n id="3" /> and shook him with convulsions.<n id="4" /> But Jesus rebuked<n id="5" /> the unclean<n id="6" /> spirit, healed the boy, and gave him back to his father.

I have come in my Father&#8217;s name, and you do not accept<n id="1" /> me. If someone else comes in his own name, you will accept<n id="2" /> him.

I<n id="1" /> am no longer in the world, but<n id="2" /> they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them safe<n id="3" /> in your name<n id="4" /> that you have given me, so that they may be one just as we are one.<n id="5" />

<t /><p class="bodytext">Simon Peter and another disciple followed them as they brought Jesus to Annas.<n id="1" /> (Now the other disciple<n id="2" /> was acquainted with the high priest, and he went with Jesus into the high priest&#8217;s courtyard.)<n id="3" />

So they stayed there<n id="1" /> for a considerable time, speaking out courageously for the Lord, who testified<n id="2" /> to the message<n id="3" /> of his grace, granting miraculous signs<n id="4" /> and wonders to be performed through their hands.
