<p class="bodytext">So Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the <sc>Lordsc> commanded Moses.

Your fathers did the same thing when I sent them from Kadesh Barnea to see the land.

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;But if you do not do this, then look, you will have sinned<n id="1" /> against the <sc>Lordsc>. And know that your sin will find you out.

So build cities for your descendants and pens for your sheep, but do what you have said<n id="1" /> you would do.&#8221;p>

<p class="bodytext">As the <sc>Lordsc> had commanded Moses, so the daughters of Zelophehad did.

<p class="bodytext">So Moses and Aaron and the entire community of the Israelites did this with the Levites. According to all that the <sc>Lordsc> commanded Moses concerning the Levites, this is what the Israelites did with them.

And they observed the Passover<n id="1" /> on the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight in the wilderness of Sinai; in accordance with all that the <sc>Lordsc> had commanded Moses, so the Israelites did.p>

If a resident foreigner lives<n id="1" /> among you and wants to keep<n id="2" /> the Passover to the <sc>Lordsc>, he must do so according to the statute of the Passover, and according to its custom. You must have<n id="3" /> the same<n id="4" /> statute for the resident foreigner<n id="5" /> and for the one who was born in the land.&#8217;&#8221;p>

and you make an offering by fire to the <sc>Lordsc> from the herd or from the flock (whether a burnt offering or a sacrifice for discharging a vow or as a freewill offering or in your solemn feasts) to create a pleasing aroma to the <sc>Lordsc>,

then if anything is done unintentionally<n id="1" /> without the knowledge of<n id="2" /> the community, the whole community must prepare one young bull for a burnt offering &#8211; for a pleasing aroma to the <sc>Lordsc> &#8211; along with its grain offering and its customary drink offering, and one male goat for a purification offering.

And the <sc>Lordsc> said to Moses, &#8220;Do not fear him, for I have delivered him and all his people and his land into your hand. You will do to him what you did to King Sihon of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon.

from thirty years old and upward to fifty years old, all who enter the company<n id="1" /> to do the work in the tent of meeting.

&#8220;Tell the Israelites, &#8216;When<n id="1" /> a man or a woman commits any sin that people commit,<n id="2" /> thereby breaking faith<n id="3" /> with the <sc>Lordsc>, and that person is found guilty,<n id="4" />

then he must confess<n id="1" /> his sin that he has committed and must make full reparation,<n id="2" /> add one fifth to it, and give it to whomever he wronged.<n id="3" />

All the days of his separation he must not eat anything that is produced by the grapevine, from seed<n id="1" /> to skin.<n id="2" />p>

Then the priest will offer one for a purification offering<n id="1" /> and the other<n id="2" /> as a burnt offering,<n id="3" /> and make atonement<n id="4" /> for him, because of his transgression<n id="5" /> in regard to the corpse. So he must reconsecrate<n id="6" /> his head on that day.

<p class="bodytext">And Aaron did so; he set up the lamps to face toward the front of the lampstand, as the <sc>Lordsc> commanded Moses.

And do this<n id="1" /> to them to purify them: Sprinkle water of purification<n id="2" /> on them; then have them shave<n id="3" /> all their body<n id="4" /> and wash<n id="5" /> their clothes, and so purify themselves.<n id="6" />

When<n id="1" /> the Levites lay their hands on the heads of the bulls, offer<n id="2" /> the one for a purification offering and the other for a whole burnt offering to the <sc>Lordsc>,<n id="3" /> to make atonement for the Levites.

They may assist<n id="1" /> their colleagues<n id="2" /> in the tent of meeting, to attend to needs, but they must do no work. This is the way you must establish<n id="3" /> the Levites regarding their duties.&#8221;p>
