Abraham<n id="1" /> then took some curds and milk, along with the calf that had been prepared, and placed the food<n id="2" /> before them. They ate while<n id="3" /> he was standing near them under a tree.p>

<p class="bodytext">Isaac prayed to<n id="1" /> the <sc>Lordsc> on behalf of his wife because she was childless. The <sc>Lordsc> answered his prayer, and his wife Rebekah became pregnant.

<p class="bodytext">That day Isaac&#8217;s servants came and told him about the well they had dug. &#8220;We&#8217;ve found water,&#8221; they reported.<n id="1" />
