Judah recognized them and said, &#8220;She is more upright<n id="1" /> than I am, because I wouldn&#8217;t give her to Shelah my son.&#8221; He did not have sexual relations with her<n id="2" /> again.p>

But you said to your servants, &#8216;If your youngest brother does not come down with you, you will not see my face again.&#8217;

&#8220;You must no longer<n id="1" /> give straw to the people for making bricks<n id="2" /> as before.<n id="3" /> Let them go<n id="4" /> and collect straw for themselves.

Pray to the <sc>Lordsc>, for the mighty<n id="1" /> thunderings and hail are too much!<n id="2" /> I will release you and you will stay no longer.&#8221;<n id="3" />p>

There will be a great cry throughout the whole land of Egypt, such as there has never been,<n id="1" /> nor ever will be again.<n id="2" />

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;If you walk in hostility against me<n id="1" /> and are not willing to obey me, I will increase your affliction<n id="2" /> seven times according to your sins.

If, however, the one who consecrated the field redeems it,<n id="1" /> he must add to it one fifth of the conversion price<n id="2" /> and it will belong to him.<n id="3" />

If, however,<n id="1" /> it is among the unclean animals, he may ransom it according to<n id="2" /> its conversion value and must add one fifth to it, but if it is not redeemed it must be sold according to its conversion value.p>

then he must confess<n id="1" /> his sin that he has committed and must make full reparation,<n id="2" /> add one fifth to it, and give it to whomever he wronged.<n id="3" />

Now therefore, please stay<n id="1" /> the night here also, that I may know what more the <sc>Lordsc> might say to me.&#8221;<n id="2" />

And when the donkey saw the angel of the <sc>Lordsc>, she pressed herself into the wall, and crushed Balaam&#8217;s foot against the wall. So he beat her again.<n id="1" />p>

<p class="bodytext">Then the angel of the <sc>Lordsc> went farther, and stood in a narrow place, where there was no way to turn either to the right or to the left.

And when the Jubilee of the Israelites is to take place,<n id="1" /> their inheritance will be added to the inheritance of the tribe into which they marry. So their inheritance will be taken away from the inheritance of our ancestral tribe.&#8221;<n id="2" />p>

Indeed, may the <sc>Lordsc>, the God of your ancestors, make you a thousand times more numerous than you are now, blessing you<n id="1" /> just as he said he would!

But now, why should we die, because this intense fire will consume us! If we keep hearing the voice of the <sc>Lordsc> our God we will die!

Thus all Israel will hear and be afraid; no longer will they continue to do evil like this among you.<n id="1" />p>
