So now, it is not you who sent me here, but God. He has made me an adviser<n id="1" /> to Pharaoh, lord over all his household, and ruler over all the land of Egypt.

But<n id="1" /> the midwives feared God and did not do what the king of Egypt had told them; they let the boys live.<n id="2" />p>

He added, &#8220;I am the God of your father,<n id="1" /> the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.&#8221; Then Moses hid his face, because he was afraid to look<n id="2" /> at God.p>

If the thief is not caught,<n id="1" /> then the owner of the house will be brought before the judges<n id="2" /> to see<n id="3" /> whether he has laid<n id="4" /> his hand on his neighbor&#8217;s goods.

Today realize and carefully consider that the <sc>Lordsc> is God in heaven above and on earth below &#8211; there is no other!

So realize that the <sc>Lordsc> your God is the true God,<n id="1" /> the faithful God who keeps covenant faithfully<n id="2" /> with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations,

The Reubenites and Gadites named the altar, &#8220;Surely it is a Reminder to us<n id="1" /> that the <sc>Lordsc> is God.&#8221;p>
