You are to put it under the ledge of the altar below, so that the network will come ¹  halfway up the altar. ² 

The hangings on one side ¹  of the gate are to be ²  twenty-two and a half feet long, with their three posts and their three bases.

On the second side ¹  there are to be ²  hangings twenty-two and a half feet long, with their three posts and their three bases.

It is to be square ¹  when ²  doubled, nine inches ³  long and nine inches wide.

You are to put them in one basket and present ¹  them in the basket, along with ²  the bull and the two rams.

Moses said to Aaron, “What did this people do to you, that you have brought on them so great a sin?”

He made fifty bronze clasps to join the tent together so that it might be a unit. ¹ 

He made a grating for the altar, a network of bronze under its ledge, halfway up from the bottom.

When Moses set up the tabernacle and put its bases in place, he set up its frames, attached its bars, and set up its posts.

For the Lord will pass through to strike Egypt, and when he sees ¹  the blood on the top of the doorframe and the two side posts, then the Lord will pass over the door, and he will not permit the destroyer ²  to enter your houses to strike you. ³ 

For ¹  the Lord had said to Moses, “Tell the Israelites, ‘You are a stiff-necked people. If I went up among you for a moment, ²  I might destroy you. Now take off your ornaments, ³  that I may know ⁴  what I should do to you.’” ⁵ 

“I will grant this people favor with ¹  the Egyptians, so that when ²  you depart you will not leave empty-handed.

Then Moses said to Aaron, “Tell the whole community ¹  of the Israelites, ‘Come ²  before the Lord, because he has heard your murmurings.’”

Moses said to Aaron, “Take a jar and put in it an omer full of manna, and place it before the Lord to be kept for generations to come.”

If the thief is not caught, ¹  then the owner of the house will be brought before the judges ²  to see ³  whether he has laid ⁴  his hand on his neighbor’s goods.

“Pay attention to do ¹  everything I have told you, and do not even mention ²  the names of other gods – do not let them be heard on your lips. ³ 

and you are to make forty silver bases to go under the twenty frames – two bases under the first frame for its two projections, and likewise ¹  two bases under the next frame for its two projections;

At the two corners ¹  they must be doubled at the lower end and finished together at the top in one ring. So it will be for both.

“You are to make a hanging ¹  for the entrance of the tent of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn and fine twined linen, the work of an embroiderer. ²
