They may eat the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering, and every devoted thing in Israel will be theirs.

All the people of the land will contribute<n id="1" /> to this offering for the prince of Israel.

On the day of the new moon he will offer<n id="1" /> an unblemished young bull, and six lambs and a ram, all without blemish.

In whatever tribe the foreigner resides, there you will give him his inheritance,&#8221; declares the sovereign <sc>Lordsc>.p>

It will be their portion from the allotment of the land, a most holy place, next to the border of the Levites.p>

They will discard their silver in the streets, and their gold will be treated like filth.<n id="1" /> Their silver and gold will not be able to deliver them on the day of the <sc>Lordsc>&#8217;s fury.<n id="2" /> They will not satisfy their hunger or fill their stomachs because their wealth<n id="3" /> was the obstacle leading to their iniquity.<n id="4" />

My hand will be against the prophets who see delusion and announce lying omens. They will not be included in the council<n id="1" /> of my people, nor be written in the registry<n id="2" /> of the house of Israel, nor enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the sovereign <sc>Lordsc>.p>

so that the house of Israel will no longer go astray from me, nor continue to defile themselves by all their sins. They will be my people and I will be their God,<n id="1" /> declares the sovereign <sc>Lordsc>.&#8217;&#8221;p>

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;See here &#8211; this was the iniquity<n id="1" /> of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters had majesty, abundance of food, and enjoyed carefree ease, but they did not help<n id="2" /> the poor and needy.

The person who sins is the one who will die. A son will not suffer<n id="1" /> for his father&#8217;s iniquity, and a father will not suffer<n id="2" /> for his son&#8217;s iniquity; the righteous person will be judged according to his righteousness, and the wicked person according to his wickedness.<n id="3" />p>

<p class="poetry">Cry out and moan, son of man,p> <p class="poetry">for it is wielded against my people;p> <p class="poetry">against all the princes of Israel.p> <p class="poetry">They are delivered up to the sword, along with my people.p> <p class="poetry">Therefore, strike your thigh.<n id="1" />p>

They will not defile themselves with their idols, their detestable things, and all their rebellious deeds. I will save them from all their unfaithfulness<n id="1" /> by which they sinned. I will purify them; they will become my people and I will become their God.p>

The side chambers were in three stories, one above the other, thirty in each story. There were offsets in the wall all around to serve as supports for the side chambers, so that the supports were not in the wall of the temple.

The <sc>Lordsc> said to me: &#8220;This gate will be shut; it will not be opened, and no one will enter by it. For the <sc>Lordsc>, the God of Israel, has entered by it; therefore it will remain shut.

Every living creature which swarms where the river<n id="1" /> flows will live; there will be many fish, for these waters flow there. It will become fresh<n id="2" /> and everything will live where the river flows.

You must allot it as an inheritance among yourselves and for the foreigners who reside among you, who have fathered sons among you. You must treat them as native-born among the people of Israel; they will be allotted an inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;Next to the border of Judah from the east side to the west will be the allotment you must set apart. It is to be eight and a quarter miles<n id="1" /> wide, and the same length as one of the tribal portions, from the east side to the west; the sanctuary will be in the middle of it.

These will be the allotments for the holy portion: for the priests, toward the north eight and a quarter miles<n id="1" /> in length, toward the west three and one-third miles<n id="2" /> in width, toward the east three and one-third miles<n id="3" /> in width, and toward the south eight and a quarter miles<n id="4" /> in length; the sanctuary of the <sc>Lordsc> will be in the middle.

The remainder of the length alongside the holy allotment will be three and one-third miles<n id="1" /> to the east and three and one-third miles toward the west, and it will be beside the holy allotment. Its produce will be for food for the workers of the city.
