<p class="bodytext">&#8220;But you, Daniel, close up these words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will dash about,<n id="1" /> and knowledge will increase.&#8221;p>

<t /><p class="poetry">This is what the <sc>Lordsc> says:<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">&#8220;Even though<n id="2" /> they are powerful<n id="3" /> &#8211;p> <p class="poetry">and what is more,<n id="4" /> even though their army is numerous<n id="5" /> &#8211;p> <p class="poetry">nevertheless,<n id="6" /> they will be destroyed<n id="7" /> and trickle away!<n id="8" />p> <p class="poetry">Although I afflicted you,p> <p class="poetry">I will afflict you no more.<n id="9" />p>

<p class="poetry">Because you robbed many countries,<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">all who are left among the nations<n id="2" /> will rob you.p> <p class="poetry">You have shed human bloodp> <p class="poetry">and committed violent acts against lands, cities,<n id="3" /> and those who live in them.p>

Many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the <sc>Lordsc> who rules over all and to ask his favor.

You, however, have turned from the way. You have caused many to violate the law;<n id="1" /> you have corrupted the covenant with Levi,&#8221;<n id="2" /> says the <sc>Lordsc> who rules over all.

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;When a woman&#8217;s discharge of blood flows<n id="1" /> many days not at the time of her menstruation, or if it flows beyond the time of her menstruation,<n id="2" /> all the days of her discharge of impurity will be like the days of her menstruation &#8211; she is unclean.
