For the Son of Man will come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then <i>he will reward each person according to what he has donei>.<n id="1" />

I tell you the truth,<n id="1" /> there are some standing here who will not<n id="2" /> experience<n id="3" /> death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.&#8221;<n id="4" />p>

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;See that you do not disdain one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.

After<n id="1" /> he went out, that same slave found one of his fellow slaves who owed him one hundred silver coins.<n id="2" /> So<n id="3" /> he grabbed him by the throat and started to choke him,<n id="4" /> saying, &#8216;Pay back what you owe me!&#8217;<n id="5" />

Then the king said to his attendants, &#8216;Tie him up hand and foot and throw him into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth!&#8217;

<t /><p class="bodytext">As<n id="1" /> he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, his disciples came to him privately and said, &#8220;Tell us, when will these things<n id="2" /> happen? And what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?&#8221;

He<n id="1" /> said, &#8220;Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, &#8216;The Teacher says, &#8220;My time is near. I will observe the Passover with my disciples at your house.&#8221;&#8217;&#8221;

But<n id="1" /> one of those with Jesus grabbed<n id="2" /> his sword, drew it out, and struck the high priest&#8217;s slave,<n id="3" /> cutting off his ear.

Jesus said to him, &#8220;You have said it yourself. But I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man <i>sitting at the right handi><n id="1" /> of the Power<n id="2" /> and <i>coming on the clouds of heaveni>.&#8221;<n id="3" />

<t /><p class="bodytext">Then<n id="1" /> Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him,<n id="2" /> &#8220;Are you the king<n id="3" /> of the Jews?&#8221; Jesus<n id="4" /> said, &#8220;You say so.&#8221;<n id="5" />

and after braiding<n id="1" /> a crown of thorns,<n id="2" /> they put it on his head. They<n id="3" /> put a staff<n id="4" /> in his right hand, and kneeling down before him, they mocked him:<n id="5" /> &#8220;Hail, king of the Jews!&#8221;<n id="6" />

So give orders to secure the tomb until the third day. Otherwise his disciples may come and steal his body<n id="1" /> and say to the people, &#8216;He has been raised from the dead,&#8217; and the last deception will be worse than the first.&#8221;

Then go quickly and tell his disciples, &#8216;He has been raised from the dead. He<n id="1" /> is going ahead of you into Galilee. You will see him there.&#8217; Listen, I have told you!&#8221;

If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away! It is better to lose one of your members than to have your whole body thrown into hell.<n id="1" />

Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they go in and live there, so<n id="1" /> the last state of that person is worse than the first. It will be that way for this evil generation as well!&#8221;p>

Which of the two did his father&#8217;s will?&#8221; They said, &#8220;The first.&#8221;<n id="1" /> Jesus said to them, &#8220;I tell you the truth,<n id="2" /> tax collectors<n id="3" /> and prostitutes will go ahead of you into the kingdom of God!

They sent to him their disciples along with the Herodians,<n id="1" /> saying, &#8220;Teacher, we know that you are truthful, and teach the way of God in accordance with the truth.<n id="2" /> You do not court anyone&#8217;s favor because you show no partiality.<n id="3" />

Then<n id="1" /> the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven,<n id="2" /> and<n id="3" /> all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They<n id="4" /> will see <i>the Son of Man arriving on the clouds of heaveni><n id="5" /> with power and great glory.
