After ¹  he had destroyed ²  seven nations ³  in the land of Canaan, he gave his people their land as an inheritance. ⁴ 

(Now seven sons of a man named ¹  Sceva, a Jewish high priest, were doing this.) ² 

There ¹  we found ²  some brothers ³  and were invited to stay with them seven days. And in this way we came to Rome. ⁴ 

But carefully select from among you, brothers, ¹  seven ²  men who are well-attested, ³  full of the Spirit and of wisdom, whom we may put in charge ⁴  of this necessary task. ⁵ 

We ¹  sailed away from Philippi ²  after the days of Unleavened Bread, ³  and within five days ⁴  we came to the others ⁵  in Troas, ⁶  where we stayed for seven days.

After we located ¹  the disciples, we stayed there ²  seven days. They repeatedly told ³  Paul through the Spirit ⁴  not to set foot ⁵  in Jerusalem. ⁶ 

On the next day we left ¹  and came to Caesarea, ²  and entered ³  the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, ⁴  and stayed with him.

When the seven days were almost over, ¹  the Jews from the province of Asia ²  who had seen him in the temple area ³  stirred up the whole crowd ⁴  and seized ⁵  him,
