But not all have obeyed the good news, for Isaiah says, &#8220;<i><b>Lordb>, <b>who has believed our reportb>i>?&#8221;<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">And Isaiah cries out on behalf of Israel, &#8220;<i>Though the number of the childreni><n id="1" /> <i>of Israel are as the sand of the seai>, <i>only the remnant will be savedi>,

Just<n id="1" /> as Isaiah predicted,p> <p class="otpoetry">&#8220;<b><i>If the Lord of armiesi>b><n id="2" /> <i><b>had not left us descendantsb>,i>p> <p class="otpoetry"><i><b>we would have become like Sodomb>,i>p> <p class="otpoetry"><b><i>and we would have resembled Gomorrah.&#8221;i>b><n id="3" />p>

And Isaiah is even bold enough to say, &#8220;<b><i>I was found by those who did not seek me; I became well known to those who did not ask for mei>b>.&#8221;<n id="1" />

And again Isaiah says, &#8220;<i><b>The root of Jesse will comeb>, <b>and the one who rises to rule over the Gentilesb>, <b>in him will the Gentiles hopeb>i>.&#8221;<n id="1" />
