So<n id="1" /> they went out and preached that all should repent.

As you go, preach this message: &#8216;The kingdom of heaven is near!&#8217;

First the gospel must be preached to all nations.

He<n id="1" /> went into all the region around the Jordan River,<n id="2" /> preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.<n id="3" />p>

So<n id="1" /> he continued to preach in the synagogues of Judea.<n id="2" />p>

and he sent<n id="1" /> them out to proclaim<n id="2" /> the kingdom of God<n id="3" /> and to heal the sick.<n id="4" />

Philip went down to the main city of Samaria<n id="1" /> and began proclaiming<n id="2" /> the Christ<n id="3" /> to them.

but we preach about a crucified Christ,<n id="1" /> a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles.

Whether then it was I or they, this is the way we preach and this is the way you believed.p>

<p class="bodytext">Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ from envy and rivalry, but others from goodwill.

For if someone comes and proclaims<n id="1" /> another Jesus different from the one we proclaimed,<n id="2" /> or if you receive a different spirit than the one you received,<n id="3" /> or a different gospel than the one you accepted,<n id="4" /> you put up with it well enough!<n id="5" />

Jesus ordered them not to tell anything. But as much as he ordered them not to do this, they proclaimed it all the more.<n id="1" />
