You were bought with a price. Do not become slaves of men.

eternal life to those who by perseverance in good works seek glory and honor and immortality,

Be devoted to one another with mutual love, showing eagerness in honoring one another.

For you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.p>

that each of you know how to possess his own body<n id="1" /> in holiness and honor,

They will bring the grandeur and the wealth<n id="1" /> of the nations<n id="2" /> into it,

Pay everyone what is owed: taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, respect to whom respect is due, honor to whom honor is due.p>

(For Jesus himself had testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.)<n id="1" />

They also bestowed many honors,<n id="1" /> and when we were preparing to sail,<n id="2" /> they gave<n id="3" /> us all the supplies we needed.<n id="4" />p>

but<n id="1" /> glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, for the Jew first and also the Greek.

Now to the eternal king,<n id="1" /> immortal, invisible, the only<n id="2" /> God, be honor and glory forever and ever!<n id="3" /> Amen.p>

<p class="bodytext">Elders who provide effective leadership<n id="1" /> must be counted worthy<n id="2" /> of double honor,<n id="3" /> especially those who work hard in speaking<n id="4" /> and teaching.

and their bones<n id="1" /> were later moved to Shechem and placed in the tomb that Abraham had bought for a certain sum of money<n id="2" /> from the sons of Hamor in Shechem.p>

Has the potter no right to make from the same lump of clay<n id="1" /> one vessel for special use and another for ordinary use?<n id="2" />

and those members we consider less honorable we clothe with greater honor, and our unpresentable members are clothed with dignity,<n id="1" />

but our presentable members do not need this. Instead, God has blended together the body, giving greater honor to the lesser member,
