<t /><p class="bodytext">Therefore since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast to our confession.

But, according to his promise, we are waiting for<n id="1" /> new heavens and a new earth, in which<n id="2" /> righteousness truly resides.<n id="3" />p>

And just as Jesus<n id="1" /> was coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens<n id="2" /> splitting apart and the Spirit descending on him like a dove.<n id="3" />
