and Aaron is to cast lots over the two goats, ¹  one lot for the Lord and one lot for Azazel. ² 

“‘If an ordinary individual ¹  sins by straying unintentionally ²  when he violates one of the Lord’s commandments which must not be violated, ³  and he pleads guilty

and two turtledoves or two young pigeons, ¹  which are within his means. ²  One will be a sin offering and the other a burnt offering. ³ 

a sin offering and the other a burnt offering along with the grain offering. ¹  So the priest is to make atonement for the one being cleansed before the Lord.

when an individual becomes guilty with regard to one of these things ¹  he must confess how he has sinned, ² 

The law is the same for the sin offering and the guilt offering; ¹  it belongs to the priest who makes atonement with it.

The priest will then command that one bird be slaughtered ¹  into a clay vessel over fresh water. ² 

“He will then make one of the turtledoves ¹  or young pigeons, which are within his means, ² 

and he is to slaughter one bird into a clay vessel over fresh water. ¹ 

He must also take ¹  two male goats ²  from the congregation of the Israelites for a sin offering and one ram for a burnt offering.

You must not slaughter an ox or a sheep and its young ¹  on the same day. ² 

You must also offer ¹  one male goat ²  for a sin offering and two yearling lambs for a peace offering sacrifice,

“You must take choice wheat flour ¹  and bake twelve loaves; ²  there must be two tenths of an ephah of flour in ³  each loaf,

There will be one regulation ¹  for you, whether a foreigner or a native citizen, for I am the Lord your God.’”

“‘If he cannot afford an animal from the flock, ¹  he must bring his penalty for guilt for his sin that he has committed, ²  two turtledoves or two young pigeons, ³  to the Lord, one for a sin offering and one for a burnt offering.

If she cannot afford a sheep, ¹  then she must take two turtledoves or two young pigeons, ²  one for a burnt offering and one for a sin offering, and the priest is to make atonement on her behalf, and she will be clean.’” ³
