He must take a wife who is a virgin. ¹ 

They are then to take other stones and replace those stones, ¹  and he is to take other plaster and replaster the house.

They must not take a wife defiled by prostitution, ¹  nor are they to take a wife divorced from her husband, ²  for the priest ³  is holy to his God. ⁴ 

He must not marry ¹  a widow, a divorced woman, or one profaned by prostitution; he may only take a virgin from his people ²  as a wife.

Then that high priest must take some of the blood ¹  of the bull and bring it to the Meeting Tent.

The priest will then take some of the log of olive oil and pour it into his own left hand. ¹ 

Then he ¹  is to take two birds, a piece of cedar wood, a scrap of crimson fabric, and some twigs of hyssop ²  to decontaminate ³  the house,

He must also take ¹  two male goats ²  from the congregation of the Israelites for a sin offering and one ram for a burnt offering.

He must then take the two goats ¹  and stand them before the Lord at the entrance of the Meeting Tent,

You must not take a woman in marriage and then marry her sister as a rival wife ¹  while she is still alive, ²  to have sexual intercourse with her.

“You must take choice wheat flour ¹  and bake twelve loaves; ²  there must be two tenths of an ephah of flour in ³  each loaf,

Do not take interest or profit from him, ¹  but you must fear your God and your brother must live ²  with you.

Then the priest must take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and he must pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering.

Then the priest must take some of its blood with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and he must pour out all the rest of its blood at the base of the altar.

Then the priest must take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and he must pour out all the rest of its blood at the base of the altar.

Then Moses took the anointing oil and anointed the tabernacle and everything in it, and so consecrated them. ¹ 

Then he ¹  took all the fat on the entrails, the protruding lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys and their fat, ²  and Moses offered it all up in smoke on the altar, ³ 

and he slaughtered it. ¹  Moses then took some of its blood and put it on Aaron’s right earlobe, ²  on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe ³  of his right foot.

Moses then took them from their palms and offered them up in smoke on the altar ¹  on top of the burnt offering – they were an ordination offering for a soothing aroma; it was a gift to the Lord.

Finally, Moses took the breast and waved it as a wave offering before the Lord from the ram of ordination. It was Moses’ share just as the Lord had commanded Moses.
