He must do with the rest of the bull just as he did with the bull of the sin offering; this is what he must do with it.<n id="1" /> So the priest will make atonement<n id="2" /> on their behalf and they will be forgiven.<n id="3" />

What has been done<n id="1" /> on this day the <sc>Lordsc> has commanded to be done<n id="2" /> to make atonement for you.

For if anyone does any of these abominations, the persons who do them will be cut off from the midst of their people.<n id="1" />

If a man inflicts an injury on<n id="1" /> his fellow citizen,<n id="2" /> just as he has done it must be done to him &#8211;

You must obey my statutes and my regulations; you must be sure to keep them<n id="1" /> so that you may live securely in the land.<n id="2" />p>

He then presented the burnt offering, and did it according to the standard regulation.<n id="1" />

<p class="bodytext">&#8220;You must be sure to do my commandments.<n id="1" /> I am the <sc>Lordsc>.

&#8220;Tell the Israelites, &#8216;When a person sins by straying unintentionally<n id="1" /> from any of the Lord&#8217;s commandments which must not be violated, and violates any<n id="2" /> one of them<n id="3" /> &#8211;p>

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;If the whole congregation of Israel strays unintentionally<n id="1" /> and the matter is not noticed by<n id="2" /> the assembly, and they violate one of the Lord&#8217;s commandments<sc>,sc> which must not be violated,<n id="3" /> so they become guilty,

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;Whenever<n id="1" /> a leader, by straying unintentionally,<n id="2" /> sins and violates one of the commandments of the <sc>Lordsc> his God which must not be violated,<n id="3" /> and he pleads guilty,

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;If an ordinary individual<n id="1" /> sins by straying unintentionally<n id="2" /> when he violates one of the Lord&#8217;s commandments which must not be violated,<n id="3" /> and he pleads guilty

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;If a person sins and violates any of the Lord&#8217;s commandments which must not be violated<n id="1" /> (although he did not know it at the time,<n id="2" /> but later realizes he is guilty), then he will bear his punishment for iniquity<n id="3" />

You must obey my charge to not practice any of the abominable statutes<n id="1" /> that have been done before you, so that you do not<n id="2" /> defile yourselves by them. I am the <sc>Lordsc> your God.&#8217;&#8221;p>

If your offering is a grain offering made in a pan,<n id="1" /> it must be made of choice wheat flour deep fried in olive oil.<n id="2" />p>

You must not do injustice in the regulation of measures, whether of length, weight, or volume.<n id="1" />

You must be sure to obey my statutes.<n id="1" /> I am the <sc>Lordsc> who sanctifies you.p>

You must not do any regular work, but<n id="1" /> you must present a gift to the <sc>Lordsc>.&#8217;&#8221;p>

<t /><p class="bodytext">&#8220;&#8216;If you walk in my statutes and are sure to obey my commandments,<n id="1" />

The high priest who succeeds him<n id="1" /> from among his sons must do it. It is a perpetual statute; it must be offered up in smoke as a whole offering to the <sc>Lordsc>.

Moreover, the fat of an animal that has died of natural causes<n id="1" /> and the fat of an animal torn by beasts may be used for any other purpose,<n id="2" /> but you must certainly never eat it.
