<p class="poetry">How delightful it is to see approaching over the mountains<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">the feet of a messenger who announces peace,p> <p class="poetry">a messenger who brings good news, who announces deliverance,p> <p class="poetry">who says to Zion, &#8220;Your God reigns!&#8221;<n id="2" />p>

<p class="poetry">He wears his desire for justice<n id="1" /> like body armor,<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">and his desire to deliver is like a helmet on his head.<n id="3" />p> <p class="poetry">He puts on the garments of vengeance<n id="4" />p> <p class="poetry">and wears zeal like a robe.p>

<p class="poetry">Sounds of violence<n id="1" /> will no longer be heard in your land,p> <p class="poetry">or the sounds of<n id="2" /> destruction and devastation within your borders.p> <p class="poetry">You will name your walls, &#8216;Deliverance,&#8217;p> <p class="poetry">and your gates, &#8216;Praise.&#8217;p>

<p class="poetry">Is the <sc>Lordsc> mad at the rivers?p> <p class="poetry">Are you angry with the rivers?p> <p class="poetry">Are you enraged at the sea?<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">Is this why<n id="2" /> you climb into your horse-drawn chariots,<n id="3" />p> <p class="poetry">your victorious chariots?<n id="4" />p>
