But if there is serious injury, then you will give a life for a life,

You are to put it under the ledge of the altar below, so that the network will come ¹  halfway up the altar. ² 

You are to attach the two gold chains to the two rings at the ends of the breastpiece;

You are to put the altar for the burnt offering in front of the entrance to the tabernacle, the tent of meeting.

You are to hang it ¹  with gold hooks ²  on four posts of acacia wood overlaid with gold, set in ³  four silver bases.

and two braided chains of pure gold, like a cord, and attach the chains to the settings.

the other ¹  two ends of the two chains you will attach to the two settings and then attach them ²  to the shoulder pieces of the ephod at the front of it.

You are to make two more ¹  gold rings and attach them to the bottom of the two shoulder pieces on the front of the ephod, close to the juncture above the waistband of the ephod.

and take some of the blood of the bull and put it on the horns of the altar ¹  with your finger; all the rest of ²  the blood you are to pour out at the base of the altar.

“You are to put it in front of the curtain that is before the ark of the testimony (before the atonement lid that is over the testimony), where I will meet you.

You are to beat some of it very fine and put some of it before the ark of the testimony in the tent of meeting where I will meet with you; it is to be most holy to you.

You are to put ¹  the gold altar for incense in front of the ark of the testimony and put the curtain at the entrance to the tabernacle.

You are to cast four gold rings for it and put them on its four feet, with two rings on one side and two rings on the other side.

You are to hang this curtain under the clasps and bring the ark of the testimony in there behind the curtain. ¹  The curtain will make a division for you between the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place. ² 

and you are to kill the ram and take some of its blood and put it on the tip of the right ear of Aaron, on the tip of the right ear of his sons, on the thumb of their right hand, and on the big toe of their right foot, ¹  and then splash the blood all around on the altar.
