When Moses finished writing on a scroll the words of this law in their entirety,

When he sits on his royal throne he must make a copy of this law ¹  on a scroll ²  given to him by the Levitical priests.

“Take this scroll of the law and place it beside the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God. It will remain there as a witness against you,

If a man marries a woman and she does not please him because he has found something offensive ¹  in her, then he may draw up a divorce document, give it to her, and evict her from his house.

If the second husband rejects ¹  her and then divorces her, ²  gives her the papers, and evicts her from his house, or if the second husband who married her dies,
