I will knock your bow out of your left hand and make your arrows fall from your right hand.

I myself will also walk in hostility against you and strike you ¹  seven times on account of your sins.

I will kill everything living in Jerusalem, ¹  people and animals alike! They will die from terrible diseases.

So I will extend my hand ¹  and strike Egypt with all my wonders ²  that I will do among them, and after that he will release you. ³ 

So David asked the Lord, “Should I go and strike down these Philistines?” The Lord said to David, “Go, strike down the Philistines and deliver Keilah.”

When I catch up with ¹  him he will be exhausted and worn out. ²  I will rout him, and the entire army that is with him will flee. I will kill only the king

I will destroy both the winter and summer houses. ¹  The houses filled with ivory ²  will be ruined, the great ³  houses will be swept away.” ⁴  The Lord is speaking!

He will encourage fathers and their children to return to me, ¹  so that I will not come and strike the earth with judgment.” ² 

I will pass through ¹  the land of Egypt in the same ²  night, and I will attack ³  all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both of humans and of animals, ⁴  and on all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment. ⁵  I am the Lord.
